What to do in case you have access problems to the Alumni or Participants part of this website?

First of all, make sure that you have added dvsm\ before your username. Please remember that the password and username are case-sensitive, so make sure that you don't use capital letters!

In case this does not solve your problem, please proceed with the following instructions:

1/ If you use Internet Explorer, could you please review the following settings?

2/ If those settings are ok, and it still does not work, we can suggest two possible solutions:
